Positive: I absolutely love this property. The best hotel ever!!! The beds are super comfortable and I had the best sleep in a very long time.

Positive: Staff was amazing. They not only let me check in early, but they even upgraded my room because my room type because our particular type wasn't available for early check in. I didnt even ask! The staff did this on their own just to make one of their guests comfortable! That type of service doesn't come along very often. Job very well done Hyatt house! I wish ai had gotten the ladies name, at 1pm on the Saturday of march 29, and her manager; But, and this is speaking as a Marriot rewards member, that staff deserves a bonus for going above and beyond to represent the Hyatt brand!!!
Negative: The bar was NOT open on weekends? I would have never in my wildest days have imagined such a thing was possible. A bar that closes on weekends? And an outside courtyard area that didn't have an area to accomodate cigar smokers. Any smokers really... rarely do I travel without enjoying a nite cap and a cigar outside. And the bar seemed really nice too. That's the real let down... the courtyard too. Unfortunately, a large group of soccer parents that normally like to spend time relaxing at the hotel and drinking together in the evening, scattered to different random bars in the area instead.
Summary: The staff was amazing, but the bar and courtyard being off limits was a little bizarre though.
